Bingo Fundraising Opportunity
Volunteering through our year-long Bingo Programs is a fantastic opportunity.
You can accumulate credits for each Bingo session, which can be applied to your skater's ice fees. Inquire with us about how to get involved in this vital aspect of MSC's fundraising calendar.
Please note that all Bingo volunteers are required to complete Virtual Training.
Upon registering as a volunteer, we will furnish you with all the necessary details.
Bingos are a crucial component of our fundraising activities, assisting in the reduction of ice expenses for our skating programs.
Should you have an interest in working bingos for the skating club, training is mandatory.

How to Fulfill Your Volunteer Hours
Volunteer & Fundraising Opportunities
The Moore Skating Club is 100% run by volunteers. We have no paid positions. Many of our volunteers volunteer hundreds of hours of their time to keep the club going. We require a very minor number of mandatory hours from each of our families in order to ensure the responsibilities are spread out amongst our members. Without the support of our volunteers, the cost to run the club would be much higher and that cost would have to be carried forward to our families. Our registration fees are kept as low as possible because we require our families to support the club through active volunteering. Volunteer requirements are outlined in the volunteer book which is available at each skating session, and a Board member is always available to answer any questions. If all volunteer hours are not completed, a mandatory $250 volunteer fee will be charged.
During the skating Season - 3 Hours required + 2 Ice Show Hours.

Door Keepers (help young skaters on/off ice)
Committee membership
Volunteer table , Booster table
Ice show positions and more.
Fundraising (selling cash calendars at home, at a table, etc.)
There are many ways to earn your volunteers hours, please check out the volunteer book to select what works for you. It is available during all skating sessions.
Special Events and Fundraising activities will be added throughout the year so check back for details.
Your 2 hours of required Ice Show volunteer time can be done before the show by selling tickets, laundering costumes, etc. Most are during the day of the show. Dressing room parents, spot operators, collecting sponsorships, runners, ticket sales, program sales, set up and take down etc.
