The Moore Skate Club (MSC) and Skate Canada support the principles of dispute resolution and is committed to the techniques of negotiation, facilitation, mediation and arbitration as effective ways to resolve disputes with and amount members.
In case of a conflict between Skate Canada members, the individuals involved in the dispute must make every effort to resolve the conflict amongst themselves. Where reasonable efforts to resolve the conflict fail, a request may be made to the Board of Directors of the Club for assistance to resolve the dispute. MSC Code of Ethics
As a member of Skate Canada, MSC follows a Code of Ethics. This code applies to all skaters, officials, employees, board members, volunteers, alumni, hall of fame members of Skate Canada and its affiliate organizations. This code of ethics also applies to parents and guardians who participate in and observe related activities.
