Moore Skating Club AGM for 2025

Incentive to members to attend this important event

A draw will be made the night of the AGM for all members in Attendance for a $150.00 Club credit towards at 2025-26 Membership with Moore Skate Club.

​Every family attending will receive 1 hour of volunteer credit for 25-26 season.

​You must be there to win! Draw will be made at the conclusion of the AGM.

By-Law 27: Order of Business

The order of business at an Annual General Meeting of the Club shall be as follows:

•Reading of the Notice of Meeting

•Quorum

•Approval of the Agenda

•Minutes of the preceding General/Special Meeting

•Confirmation of the actions taken by the Board Directors

•Secretary’s Report

•Treasurer’s Report (Annual Financial Statement)

•Other Reports

Election of Board of Directors

Amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws

•Appointment of Auditors (As applicable)

•New Business

As per our by-laws one parent per family of skaters under the age of 18 may vote

at Annual and General Meetings on behalf of their children.

All skating members of the age of 18 will carry their own vote.

Voting is open to Guardian/Parents of CanSkate, Power Skating, STARskate current registered skaters with the MSC, Adult skaters, Honorary Members, Board of Directors, and a Coaching Representative on behalf of the coaching staff.

All are welcome to attend and have a voice.
